Booking Conditions

All bookings made more than 60 days in advance of arrival must be for the entire property – 6 bedrooms. Individual luxury bedrooms with private pools can be booked only if the booking is made 59 days or less before arrival. Exceptions to these conditions will be considered by Sukhavati Management on a case-by-case basis and will be largely subject to the availability of the property and the time of year the inquiry is made.

Booking Procedures

All enquiries should be forwarded through the booking form on this website or be emailed directly to reservations@sukhavatibali.com. The time period requested will be blocked for 2 full working days in case there is another overlapping booking coming in shortly thereafter.

Payment Conditions

1. For full property bookings, a deposit of 50% of the rental amount is required within 7 working days of the guest receiving our emailed Reservation Confirmation Form with the final balance of payment to be paid no later than 60 days prior to your arrival at Sukhavati. We will confirm the booking when the transfer or the proof of transfer has been received via e-mail.
2. Overseas deposit payments are to be made via telex bank transfer to our bank account in Bali. Account details will be given at the time of booking. Please note that for electronic bank transfers, guests will be responsible for any bank charges incurred, either here in Bali or at your country of origin.
3. For 'Last Minute' individual bedroom bookings made 59 days or less before the guest's arrival, full final payment can be made once you arrive at Sukhavati.
4. When in Bali, final payments for accommodation and in-house services can be made via credit card or in cash at Sukhavati. Please note that cash payments are to be made in Indonesian Rupiah or in new unmarked US Dollar bank notes printed after 2001.
5. Extra beds (maximum of two) required will be charged at US$50 per bed, per day.

Cancellation Policies

1. For full property bookings that are cancelled 60 days or more before arrival, deposits will be returned in full less US$1500 or 20% of monies received (whichever is greater) as an administrative fee.
2. Bookings cancelled less than 59 days prior to arrival are subject to a complete forfeiture of the 50% deposit to compensate Sukhavati for the loss of other potential bookings that have been turned down during the period the booking has been accepted.
3. Bookings that have been paid in full that are cancelled less than 30 days prior to your arrival in Bali will be subject to a complete forfeiture of monies for the same reasons outlined above.
